Class Descriptions

This class is a high intensity aerobics exercise that takes place on a stationary bike. Not only does it serve as an excellent cardio workout for weight loss but it also increases endurance levels, as well as toning lower body muscles.

This is a cardiovascular workout that, unlike a standard aerobics class, uses a step platform. This platform is used to rhythmically step on and off of to invigorating music.  This class helps with weight loss or management, it increases your stamina and reduces fatigue and conditions your heart and lungs by increasing the amount of oxygen that is available and by helping your heart use oxygen more efficiently.

This class is designed to work on your body's core. A strong torso is necessary for quality of life and prevention of injuries. This class is for those who need help achieving six packs Abs!  You could achieve a more defined waist line and a flatter stomach. As well as a boost in energy levels, you will feel your core muscles getting tougher and your abs becoming leaner. This is a great class to define your shape the way you want it!

SCULPT is a routine designed to work all major muscle groups from head to toe using dumbbells, body bars, and steps. Sculpt your body by building a foundation for muscle, development, adding shape and tone, and refining the muscles you develop.


High intensity cardio drills intersperse with strength training focusing on upper body.


Cardio segments using step intersperse with strength training focused on lower body.

A system of exercises for mental and physical health that teaches a person to experience inner peace by controlling the body and mind.  Yoga can benefit your health in countless ways from lowering your blood pressure to increasing muscle strength and stamina. Some benefits include reduced heart and blood pressure, improved sleep, posture and breathing, increased range of movement and flexibility and weight loss.

Kickboxing combines elements of step-aerobics, boxing and martial arts to create a mix that targets your lower body strength. This intense workout may improve strength, flexibility, stamina and coordination.

This class increases the heart rate and helps to burn fat and calories. The kicking and punching moves of the exercise help to improve balance and coordination. Reflexes become sharpened from the workout. Abdominal muscles are strengthened from the various positions required to perform many of the moves. Core strength is improved as you balance to perform the routines.

HIGH-INTENSITY INTERVAL TRAINING                                             

HITT Training is a form of interval training, an exercise strategy alternating short periods of intense anaerobic exercise with less-intense recovery periods. HIIT is a form of cardiovascular exercise.

TRX SUSPENSION TRAINING                                                           

Born in the Navy SEALs, Suspension Training bodyweight exercise develops strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. It requires the use of the TRX Suspension Trainer, a highly portable performance training tool that leverages gravity and the user’s body weight to complete hundreds of exercises.


Dedicated to toning of your abs and glutes with targeted movements and cardio. Classes will focus on core strengthening to build muscles, in addition, it'll also target your quads and hamstrings.


A fitness dance class of all levels..Warning!! You will forget your working out! This class is partnered with such an amazing universal playlist of Drums and beats to keep you going and wanting more.
